What does TriTogether offer?

Tutors work with students on topics they are most confident in, and the student meets with their tutor for one hour each week. This team includes individuals who specialize in a wide range of topics, from reading to math, and everything in between.

Who qualifies for these services?

We have worked with students from six years old all the way through college, as long as they can learn virtually. In order to get involved with TriTogether, a child must be:

  • Located in Massachusetts

  • In foster care, adopted out of foster care, or in kinship care

  • Willing to commit to about an hour a week of virtual tutoring

Who are the TriTogether tutors?

Our tutors come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are retired teachers, some are college students exploring a future in teaching, and others are simply passionate about education and equity. Tutors are interviewed, go through a background check, complete an online training, and sign an agreement about communication and behavior.
